  Terrible customer service! One of my worst shopping experiences ever. Went to turn in tv for recycling. Asked cashier if I could use cart and she said yes. As walking to door another worker said I couldn't but I was already to door. Worker came out to parking lot and pulled the cart away from me. I spoke to mgr and he took no action. Wrote Best Buy, providing names, and again no action. Replied to email but no action. I will never return to that store.
