  I had a great experience at this Mattress Firm location!! The store manager, Mr. Keith Elliot, was very helpful & informative without making me feel pressured to make a purchase. When I first came in, he explained why the beds were color coded the way they were (soft, medium, & firm) & had me try out the “tester” beds to help determine which bed would be the best fit for me. It eliminated about 90% of the store making the selection more manageable. Keith was very patient with explaining the differences in the mattresses I was interested in & all the different payment options. After he passed all pertinent information to me, he kindly stepped away for me to discuss with my friend in private which was appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience & I’m glad I made my purchase here rather than Mattress Warehouse. I feel comfortable referring friends to this location in the future to work w/ Mr. Keith!
