Not only did the manager disregard me thru my questions, he passed me on to another rep without saying anything. Then to add insult, as I was talking, asking question both reps ignored me because they were texting... needless to say T-Mobile will not get my money or business! Just beyond rude! Never had these type of problems with AT&T smh
